the final competition by dignitaries



The Parle Mahotsav 2023, which started from last week, with 30 thousand contestants participated in around 32 competitions, is now coming towards closing ceremony this year and the grand finale will be held tomorrow (30th) evening at Vaman Mangesh Dubhashi Maidan in the presence of dignitaries. There will also be a grand felicitation ceremony for the final winners of various competitions on this occasion. Chief organizer MLA Parag Alvani has appealed that more sportspersons as well as citizens should be present on this occasion.

Meanwhile, BJP leader Ashish Shelar and MLA Bharti Lavhekar encouraged the contestants and distributed prizes. Parleshwar Gymnasium, Ruturaj Sports Academy, Sane Guruji Arogya Mandir dominated the Mallakhamba competition held during the festival. First Three Winners of Mallakhamba Competition – Men's Group - Adi Wayangankar (Sri Parleshwar Gymnasium), Advait Pingle (Sri Parleshwar Gymnasium), Atharva Tandel (Samarth Gymnasium), Women's Group – Delisha Jain (Rituraj Sports Academy), Hridaya Dalvi (Rituraj Sports Academy) , Tanshree Jadhav (Sri Parleshwar Gymnasium) Vaishnavi Patil (Sane Guruji Arogya Mandir), Sanvi Desai (Sri Parleshwar Gymnasium).

Winners of Yoga Competition – Women's Division - Seema Tamhane (Women Above 55 Age Group), Aparna Paul (35 to 55 Age Group), Khushi Tiwari (18 to 35 Age Group), Netrali Joshi (14 to 18 Age Group), Arya Sapte (9 to 14 Age Group) ), Adya Dongekar (7 to 9 age group), Men's Division – Sagar Shitkar (18 to 35 age group), Krishna Gupta (14 to 18 age group), Vidish Raut (9 to 14 age group), Veer Ugle (7 to 9 age group) Ramesh Kadam (Age Group Above 35 Years), Jayant Bhumkar (Age Group Above 55 Years).

Prizes were also given to the winners of carrom, chess competition, mehndi and rangoli competition. A large number of players, coaches and citizens attended this event.
