 पंजाब नॅशनल बँकेचे आर्थिक वर्ष 2026 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाहीचे आणि  पहिल्या नऊ महिन्यांचे आर्थिक निकाल जाहीर पंजाब नॅशनल बँक (PNB), देशातील प्रमुख सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रातील बँक, ने आज आर्थिक वर्ष 2026 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाही आणि पहिल्या नऊ महिन्यांच्या आर्थिक निकाल जाहीर केले आहेत. मुंबई : पंजाब नॅशनल बँकेने तिसऱ्या तिमाहीत उत्कृष्ट कामगिरी करत दमदार निकाल सादर केले आहेत. शुद्ध नफा वर्ष-प्रतिवर्ष 13.1% वाढून आर्थिक वर्ष 2026 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाहीत ₹5,100 कोटी झाला, जो आर्थिक वर्ष 2025 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाहीतील ₹4,508 कोटींपेक्षा जास्त आहे. संपत्तीवरील परतावा (ROA) आर्थिक वर्ष 2025 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाहीतील 1.03% वरून सुधारून आर्थिक वर्ष 2026 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाहीत 1.06% झाला. परिचालन नफा वर्ष-प्रतिवर्ष 13% वाढून आर्थिक वर्ष 2026 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाहीत ₹7,481 कोटी झाला, जो आर्थिक वर्ष 2025 च्या तिसऱ्या तिमाहीतील ₹6,621 कोटींपेक्षा जास्त आहे. सकल गैर-निष्पादित संपत्तीचे प्रमाण (Gross NPA) डिसेंबर 2024 मधील 4.09% वरून वर्ष-प्रतिवर्ष 90 बेसिस पॉइंट्स सुधरून डिसेंबर 2025 मध्ये 3.19% झाले. शुद्ध गैर-निष्पा...

शॅडोफॅक्स टेक्नॉलॉजीजचा आयपीओ २० जानेवारीपासून खुला शॅडोफॅक्स टेक्नॉलॉजीज लिमिटेड कंपनीचे प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक ऑफर (आयपीओ) मंगळवार २० जानेवारी २०२६ रोजी उघडणार आहे. या अर्पणासाठी प्रति समभागाची किंमत पट्टी ११८ ते १२४ रुपये निश्चित करण्यात आली आहे. या किंमत पट्टीत खालची किंमत ११.८ पट आणि वरची किंमत १२.४ पट आहे, ज्यात प्रति समभागाचा नाममात्र मूल्य १० रुपये आहे. या अर्पणात बोली दाखल करण्यासाठी किमान १२० समभाग आणि त्यानंतर १२० समभागांच्या गुणकात बोली देता येईल. हे अर्पण मंगळवार २० जानेवारी २०२६ रोजी उघडेल आणि गुरुवार २२ जानेवारी २०२६ रोजी बंद होईल. अँकर गुंतवणूकदारांसाठी बोलीचा कालावधी सोमवार १९ जानेवारी २०२६ रोजी असेल. कंपनीच्या प्रारंभिक सार्वजनिक अर्पणात १० रुपये नाममात्र मूल्य असलेल्या समभागांचे एकूण १९,०७२.६९ दशलक्ष रुपये (१,९०७.२७ कोटी रुपये) इतके मूल्य आहे. यात नवीन समभाग जारी करून १०,००० दशलक्ष रुपये (१,००० कोटी रुपये) आणि विक्रीसाठी ९,०७२.६९ दशलक्ष रुपये (९०७.२७ कोटी रुपये) इतके अर्पण आहे. हे समभाग मुंबई शेअर बाजार आणि राष्ट्रीय शेअर बाजार या शेअर बाजारांवर सूचिबद्ध करण्यात येती...

युनियन बँक ऑफ इंडियाचे वित्तीय निकाल जाहीर   युनियन बँक ऑफ इंडियाने ३१ डिसेंबर २०२५ रोजी संपलेल्या तिमाहीचे लेखापरीक्षित वित्तीय निकाल जाहीर केले आहेत. बँकेचा निव्वळ नफा ५,०१७ कोटी रुपयांवर पोहोचला आहे, जो मागील वर्षीच्या याच तिमाहीच्या तुलनेत चांगला सुधार आहे. व्याज उत्पन्न २६,४४३ कोटी रुपये नोंदवले गेले. बँकेचा एकूण व्यवसाय वार्षिक ५.०४ टक्क्यांनी वाढून २२,३९,७४० कोटी रुपयांवर गेला आहे. यात एकूण कर्जवाटपात ७.१३ टक्के तर ठेवींमध्ये ३.३६ टक्के वाढ झाली आहे. किरकोळ, कृषी आणि लघु-मध्यम उद्योग क्षेत्रातील कर्जवाटपात वार्षिक ११.५० टक्के वाढ नोंदवली गेली. यात किरकोळ कर्ज २१.६७ टक्के तर लघु-मध्यम उद्योग कर्ज १९.७५ टक्क्यांनी वाढले. थकित कर्जाचे प्रमाण लक्षणीयरीत्या कमी झाले आहे. एकूण थकित कर्ज (जीएनपीए) ३.०६ टक्के आणि निव्वळ थकित कर्ज (एनएनपीए) ०.५१ टक्के झाले आहे. भांडवल पर्याप्तता गुणोत्तर १६.४९ टक्के तर सीईटी-१ गुणोत्तर १३.९४ टक्के आहे. मागील तिमाहीच्या (सप्टेंबर २०२५) तुलनेत निव्वळ नफ्यात १८.०७ टक्के वाढ झाली. एकूण कर्जवाटप ४.२७ टक्क्यांनी वाढले, तर ठेवींत ०.९५ टक्के घट झाली. चालू-...
