टाटा पॉवरचा नाविन्यपूर्ण हाय टेन्शन ट्रान्समिशन टॉवर मुंबई मेट्रोच्या कामाची गती वाढवण्यात मदत करेल

~सीआयआय नॅशनल काई-झेन स्पर्धेच्या ब्रेकथ्रू कॅटेगरीमध्ये या टॉवरच्या डिझाईनला रौप्य पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले आहे~

 

मुंबई, ३ ऑगस्ट, २०२१: भारतातील सर्वात मोठी एकात्मिक ऊर्जा कंपनी टाटा पॉवरने घोषणा केली आहे की त्यांच्या प्रोजेक्ट टीमने मुंबई मेट्रोच्या एका कन्स्ट्रक्शन साईटवर एक नाविन्यपूर्ण ३-सर्किट हाय-टेन्शन ट्रान्समिशन टॉवर बनवण्यासाठी डिझाईन व प्रस्ताव दिला आहे. २२० केवी वीज वाहिन्या ओव्हरहेड नेऊन हा टॉवर अमर महल, घाटकोपर आणि विक्रोळीदरम्यानच्या मुंबई मेट्रो रेल नेटवर्कच्या वरील अडथळा निर्माण करणाऱ्या ट्रान्समिशन लाईन्सना दूर करण्याची सुविधा प्रदान करेल. हा प्रोजेक्ट डिसेंबर २०२१ पर्यंत पूर्ण होईल.

 

या नाविन्यपूर्ण टॉवरसाठी एकूण १.० कोटी खर्च येईल आणि यामध्ये सर्व सुरक्षा नियम व उपाययोजनांचे पालन केले जाईल. पायाभूत सोयीसुविधांच्या विकासामध्ये प्रति सर्किट ३० कोटी रुपयांची बचत करून आणि बांधकामादरम्यान अखंडित वीज पुरवठा सुनिश्चित करून हा प्रोजेक्ट मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्रीय विकास प्राधिकरण (एमएमआरडीए) व ग्राहक या दोघांसाठी देखील खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणावर लाभदायक ठरेल. अशा प्रकारच्या कोणत्याही इतर सर्वसामान्य प्रोजेक्टमध्ये एमएमआरडीएकडे भूमिगत नेटवर्क टाकण्याखेरीज दुसरा काहीच पर्याय उरला नसता. भूमिगत नेटवर्क टाकणे हे खूप मोठे आणि अतिशय कठीण काम आहे.

 

या नाविन्यपूर्ण टॉवरच्या डिझाईनमागचा प्रमुख उद्देश टाटा पॉवरच्या वर्तमान ईएचव्ही ट्रान्समिशन लाईन्सच्या खाली मुंबई मेट्रो रेलच्या प्रस्तावित नेटवर्कचा एक भाग ठेवणे हा होता. याची अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी प्रोजेक्ट टीमने ३-सर्किटचे (पारंपरिक १, २ किंवा ४ सर्किट टॉवरच्या उलट) एक अभिनव डिझाईन बनवण्यासाठी एक तपशीलवार विश्लेषण केले.  प्रोजेक्ट टीमने नेमक्या गरजा जाणून घेत, प्रत्यक्ष साईटचे सर्वेक्षण केले आणि अभियांत्रिकी माहिती एकत्र केली. वैधानिक आदेशांनुसार ती माहिती प्रमाणित केली गेली.

 

डिझायनिंग टीमसोबत सल्लामसलतीनुसार संरचनात्मक रेखाचित्राला अंतिम स्वरूप दिले गेल्यानंतर टाटा पॉवरच्या प्रोजेक्ट टीमने मुंबई मेट्रो/एमएमआरडीएला केल्या जात असलेल्या नियमित वीज पुरवठ्यावर परिणाम होऊ न देता टॉवरच्या उंचीमध्ये ३५.७ मीटर ते ५०.१ मीटर इतकी विक्रमी वाढ करण्याचा प्रस्ताव ठेवला. विश्वसनीय, अखंडित आणि दर्जेदार वीज पुरवठा कायम राखत सार्वजनिक दळणवळणाच्या पायाभूत सोयीसुविधांच्या विकासाची गती अधिक जास्त वाढवणे हा टाटा पॉवरचा उद्देश आहे. टॉवर संरचना आणि पाया यांना स्टॅड प्रो सॉफ्टवेअरचा उपयोग करून डिझाईन करण्यात आले आहे, यामुळे आवश्यक मंजुरी मिळवण्यासाठी टॉवरची उंची अनुकूल ठेवण्यात मदत मिळाली.     

 

टाटा पॉवरचे ट्रान्समिशन अँड डिस्ट्रिब्युशनचे अध्यक्ष श्री. संजय बंगा यांनी सांगितले, "आम्हाला आमच्या प्रोजेक्ट टीमचा अभिमान वाटतो, त्यांनी असे नाविन्यपूर्ण डिझाईन तयार केले आहे जे प्रतिष्ठित मुंबई मेट्रो रेल नेटवर्कसाठी ३ सीकेटी ट्रान्समिशन टॉवरच्या वेगवान कार्यान्वयनाची सुविधा प्रदान करेल. हे टॉवर्स मुंबई शहरामध्ये सुधारित दळणवळणाच्या पायाभूत सोयीसुविधांच्या विकासाला पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी विश्वसनीय व सुधारित सुविधा प्रदान करण्याचे आमचे धोरण दर्शवतील."

 

मेट्रो प्रोजेक्ट इम्प्लिमेंटेशन युनिट / एमएमआरडीएने टाटा पॉवरने डिझाईन केलेल्या योजनेचे कौतुक केले आहे कारण यामुळे टॉवर डिझाईन्सच्या खर्चात बचत होईल, शिवाय प्रोजेक्टचा सायकल कालावधी देखील कमी होईल. हे नाविन्यपूर्ण कार्य आता रेल्वे व सीईए नियमांचे पालन करत मेट्रो लाईन २बी, एमएल-४ आणि एमएल-६ च्या दोन क्रॉसिंग्सच्या सर्व लाईन क्रॉसिंग्सचे कार्यान्वयन करण्यात मदत करेल.

 

या टॉवर डिझाईनसाठी उद्योगजगताने देखील टाटा पॉवरच्या प्रोजेक्ट नावीन्यपूर्णतेचे कौतुक केले आहे. सीआयआय नॅशनल काई-झेन स्पर्धेच्या ब्रेकथ्रू कॅटेगरीमध्ये याला रौप्य पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले आहे.
